At Joyseeker, each item is made to order in small batches with care and intention. Because of this, all sales are final—we do not offer returns or refunds.
Size Exchanges
We understand that getting the perfect fit is important. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we’re happy to help.
Here’s how it works:
- Exchanges are accepted for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive your original item, we’ll process and ship the new size.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery, and include your order number and requested new size.
